Is there a minimum commitment period?

No. All Maître AO subscriptions are commitment-free. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

With annual billing, you save 10%. For example, the Starter plan goes from €39/month to €420/year (about €35/month). Annual billing is charged in one payment at the start of the period.

What happens if I change plans during my subscription?

Upgrades are immediate and prorated for the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — you keep access to your current plan until then.

Is VAT included in the displayed prices?

Prices are shown in euros excluding tax. Maître AO currently benefits from VAT exemption (article 293 B French Tax Code), so no VAT is applied. This may change based on revenue.

Is my data hosted in France?

Yes. Maître AO is hosted exclusively in France (Strasbourg) with Scalingo, a certified French host. Your data never leaves French territory and we are fully GDPR compliant.

Can I try the platform before subscribing?

Yes. The Discovery plan is completely free and lets you run a full tender analysis, get your Go/No-Go score, and use all free tools. No credit card required to get started.

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

You'll be invited to upgrade to the next plan. For very specific needs (more than 20 monthly tenders), contact us at contact@maitre-ao.fr for a custom Enterprise offer.

Payment is processed by credit card via Stripe, our secure payment partner. All Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted. You'll automatically receive your invoice by email after each payment.

Maître AO offers four pricing plans designed for SMEs bidding on public tenders: Discovery (€0) to try the platform with a lifetime free tender analysis, Starter (€39/month) for small businesses with 3 analyses and 2 technical proposals per month, Pro (€79/month) for active SMEs with 7 analyses and 5 proposals per month, and Max (€199/month) for expert volumes with 15 analyses and 10 proposals per month. All plans analyze every lot of a tender (up to 3/7/15 lots depending on tier) with individual GO/NO-GO scoring. Each technical proposal is specialized on a single lot to maximize response quality. All paid plans get -10% on annual billing. No commitment, no hidden fees, data hosted in France, GDPR compliant.

Pay-as-you-go
