On average 10 minutes for a single-lot memo, from tender upload to downloadable Word document. For multi-lot tenders (up to 15 lots on the Max plan), expect 15 to 25 minutes depending on volume. Yes. The AI handles tenders in PDF, Word, Excel and multi-file ZIP formats, across all sectors (construction, services, supplies, intellectual services, etc.). It manages simple tenders as well as multi-lot ones with CCTP, CCAP, BPU, DPGF, AE, RC. For scanned files, OCR is applied automatically (up to 150 pages depending on plan). Yes, this is our core commitment. Your tenders and memos are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), at every stage, from upload to storage. No one can read them without a key. Your data is also partitioned per account at the database level (Row Level Security) — no other customer, not even an administrator, can access it. Hosted in France (Strasbourg).

No, never. Your documents are never used to train AI models, neither by us nor by our AI providers. This commitment is contractual, not just declarative. Your content remains strictly yours and retains all its strategic value.

Upon simple request to contact@maitre-ao.fr, we proceed to permanently erase all your data within 30 days, in accordance with article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure). This includes tenders, generated memos, uploaded files and backups. You remain the owner and master of your data at all times.
