At night, it detects
Your agent scans new publications (BOAMP, TED) against your company profile. It only keeps tenders above your relevance threshold, whose documents can be downloaded directly, and whose deadline leaves enough time to do things properly.
In the morning, you confirm in 1 click
You receive a clear email: the tender, the buyer, the relevance score, the deadline. If there are several lots, each lot has its own button. One click from your phone and the preparation starts. If you do nothing, nothing happens: the proposal expires after 72 hours.
It prepares, you decide
The agent downloads the tender documents, analyses them piece by piece and drafts a complete technical proposal for the chosen lot, using the exact same pipeline as manual mode. You get an email as soon as everything is ready to review. The decision to submit remains entirely yours.

A useful agent is one whose limits are known. These are deliberate, documented and non negotiable.

What is the Maître AO Agent?
The Maître AO Agent is an AI agent specialised in French public procurement. Every night it detects relevant tenders for your company, then, after your one-click confirmation, it downloads the tender documents (DCE), analyses them and drafts a complete technical proposal. You review and decide: the agent never submits a bid on your behalf.
Does the agent submit the bid for me?
No, never. Submitting a bid is a legally binding commitment of your company: it always stays in your hands. The agent stops at a draft ready for review, and this limit is a design rule, not an option.
How does the agent choose the tenders it proposes?
It combines three criteria: a relevance score computed from your company profile (trade, area, references) that must exceed the threshold you set (75 by default, adjustable from 60 to 100); tender documents available for direct download; and a response deadline leaving enough time to prepare and review calmly.
What happens if the tender documents cannot be downloaded automatically?
Some buyer platforms require manual access. In that case the agent sends you an email with an upload link: you download the documents from the platform, drop them in one click, and the agent resumes the preparation immediately, without asking anything else.
How much does the Maître AO Agent cost?
The agent is included in paid Maître AO subscriptions at no extra charge. Each prepared file consumes one analysis and one proposal from your monthly plan: up to 2 files per month on Starter, 5 on Pro and 10 on Max. Is the quality the same as preparing the file myself in Maître AO?
Yes, strictly. The agent uses exactly the same analysis and drafting pipeline as manual mode: same AI models, same steps, same traceability requirements. The only difference is who presses the buttons.
How do you keep control of what the agent does?
Four permanent safeguards: the agent is off by default and only activates if you decide so; every file starts with your explicit confirmation; a monthly cap you set limits the number of preparations; and the My agent panel lets you switch everything off at any time.
Which tenders are eligible?
All tenders detected by your Maître AO monitoring (BOAMP and TED) whose score exceeds your threshold, whose documents are directly downloadable or droppable in one click, and whose deadline leaves reasonable preparation time. Multi-lot tenders are handled lot by lot: you choose the lot to prepare directly in the email.
