Mistakes that get a bid rejected
Specific to this sector, not generic advice.
- Omitting the national licence to operate. Without it the application is inadmissible, whatever the rest of the file contains.
- Proposing staffing that does not cover public holidays and closure periods. The buyer always recalculates the annual hour volume.
- Being vague on the incident procedure. The scenario must be described minute by minute, with named contacts.

- Autorisation CNAPS : Company licence to operate and guards professional cards. A blocking document.
- SSIAP 1, 2 et 3 : Fire safety qualification levels. The required level depends on the building category.
- Certification APSAD ou MASE : Valued on industrial sites and large public-access buildings.
