What the buyer actually scores

Weightings observed on this type of contract.

Instructional design and progression

30 a 45 %

Operational learning objectives, sequencing, alternating formats. A programme listing topics without measurable objectives scores poorly.

Trainer profiles and references

20 a 30 %

Named CVs attached, field experience in the taught domain. A trainer named without a CV earns no points.

Learning assessment and follow-up

15 a 25 %

Immediate and delayed evaluation, workplace transfer indicators, report to the client. Often the most poorly handled criterion.

Mistakes that get a bid rejected

Specific to this sector, not generic advice.

  • Providing a training catalogue instead of a programme built for the client. A catalogue reads as an absence of design work.
  • Omitting accessibility for people with disabilities. The disability officer and planned adaptations are explicitly expected.
  • Claiming a satisfaction rate without stating the basis and period. A figure without method has no value.

Required documents and qualifications

To gather before you start writing.

  • Qualiopi : Quality certification for training providers. Mandatory to access public funding.
  • Numero de declaration d activite : Registration with the competent regional authority. A blocking administrative document.
  • Referent handicap designe : A named person with contact details. Required by the quality framework.
